As individuals and as a company, we recognise the importance of social responsibility, and the role we play in assisting our people and clients in their efforts.
Community Support
Our office and people are actively involved in their communities and are committed to supporting very worthwhile initiatives and causes. Facilitating projects and activities for our staff to be involved in allows a greater ability for Abbotts to give back not just as a company but through our generous individuals as well.

Cancer 200 - Ride for Research
On the weekend of October 26th and 27th, a group of seven will once again form Team Abbotts and cycle in the The MACA Cancer 200. Entering its 8th year and with a new name, the event is a two-day, 200-kilometre bike ride from Perth to Mandurah (and back again) to fight cancer and support medical research at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.
Team Abbotts will be riding for the memory of Paul Hodson and want to do our best to both honour his life and continue with Paul’s efforts in raising funds for research in to the management or a cure for cancer at the Harry Perkins Institute.
To learn more about the event or see how you can help please see our latest article on the event here.
On the weekend of 13th & 14th October 2018, Team Abbotts rode in the Ride to Conquer Cancer, where 800 cyclists rode from Perth to Mandurah (and back!) - a total of over 200km.
Team Abbotts, which had its first year in the event, raised almost $47,000 from it’s 13 riders. All together, the event raised $4.1M which goes to the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. This was a huge success and an excellent event, which we all got a lot out of.
